Andrew Frawley

A recognized thought leader in analytic CRM, data integration, data warehousing and database marketing, Andrew Frawley brings Click Tactics more than 19 years of operational experience. Prior to joining Click Tactics, Andrew founded and served as president, chairman and CEO of Exchange Applications Inc., a pioneer in the analytic CRM market. He previously was a founding partner of Grant & Partners, a consulting firm focused on implementing customer-focused business strategies, as well as a founder of MarketPulse, a division of Computer Corporation of America, which created one of the first analytic CRM offerings. Andrew earned an MBA with a concentration in computer science from Babson College and received a B.S. in finance, with honors, from the University of Maine. He currently serves on the board of WhyData and is an advisory board member for Centrport and Redbird Systems.

Phillip J. Riese

Phillip J. Riese is president of RIESE & OTHERS, which provides consultative and advisory services to corporations of all sizes. Phillip retired from American Express in 1998 where he served as President of the Consumer Card Group, leading and turning around American Express core business. Since that time he has been active in advising management in a variety of companies, with an emphasis on developing and executing revenue growth strategies. Prior to American Express, he was a Division Executive at Chase Bank, and a Partner in the consulting firm of M.C. Geffen & Associates in Capetown, South Africa. Phillip earned a joint engineering and economics degree from Leeds University in England. He has an MBA from the University of Cape Town in South Africa, and a Masters Degree in Management from MIT.

Jeffrey J. Bussgang

Jeffrey J. Bussgang is a general partner with IDG Ventures, a global venture capital firm. Prior to IDG Ventures, Jeffrey co-founded Upromise, a marketing services firm where he served as director, president and chief operating officer. During Jeffreys tenure, he helped the company raise $100 million in venture capital, acquire three million members and scale to more than 200 employees. Prior to Upromise, Jeffrey served in a variety of executive roles at Internet commerce software leader Open Market, including vice president of worldwide marketing and business development, vice president of worldwide professional services and head of product management. Earlier, Jeffrey was with the strategy consulting firm, The Boston Consulting Group, and served on the executive team of Athena Design, an object-oriented software start-up. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Jeffrey is author of "Ruling The Net," a Harvard Business Review article predicting the development of Internet commerce.

Martha Rogers

Recognized for the past decade as one of the world’s leading experts on customer-based business strategies and growing customer value, Dr. Martha Rogers is an acclaimed author – having co-authored seven best-selling books with Don Peppers - educator, and a founding partner of Peppers & Rogers Group, an innovative customer-focused management consulting firm, now a division of Carlson Marketing Worldwide.

As an Adjunct Professor at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, Dr. Rogers has helped to spearhead coursework at the MBA and Exec Ed level on “Growing Your Business by Increasing the Value of the Customer Base.” She is also the co-director of the Duke Center for Customer Relationship Management and is widely published in academic and trade journals.

Bill Burgess

Bill Burgess, Managing Partner, has 25 years of experience in venture capital and corporate finance. Immediately prior to joining ABS, he was Managing Director and Global Head of Deutsche Bank Venture Partners. He has also served as Vice Chairman of Global Corporate Finance at Deutsche Bank, and Global Co-Head of Industry Groups Investment Banking and Head of Technology Investment Banking at Alex. Brown and Sons. Bill is a board member of Adeptra and High Roads and has served on many other boards including Clearforest (acquired by Reuters) and PowerDsine (NASDAQ:PSDN, acquired by Microsemi). He also serves as Chairman of the New England Aquarium Board of Trustees and is a Trustee and Treasurer of St. Mark's School. He received his BA from Dartmouth College and MBA from Harvard Business School.

Brad Woloson

Brad Woloson is General Partner at JMI based in Baltimore, Maryland and currently is Director of Apparent Networks, Inc., Aptela, Inc., Axeda Corporation, Eloqua Corporation, Empathica, Inc., Harmony Information Systems, Inc., Managed Objects Solutions, Inc., Panorama Software, Ltd. and Unica Corporation. Mr. Woloson’s past JMI investment experience includes Astrum Software Corporation, NEON Systems, Inc., Network Intelligence Corporation, Primax Recoveries, Inc., Qiave Corporation and Transcentive, Inc.

Prior to joining JMI, Brad was a Financial Analyst in the Technology Group at Alex. Brown. Before Alex. Brown, he spent time at Kidder Peabody International, Inc. in London as a Fixed Income Analyst. Brad is a graduate from Harvard University.
