Benefits

Click Tactics offers a comprehensive benefit package for you, your family, including your spouse or domestic partner and eligible dependents. The benefits described here effective on your date of hire, unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change. Your premiums and/or savings contributions are deducted form your pay (payroll is the 15th and last day of the month). Employees eligible for benefits work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Health Plans

Click Tactics offers a choice of group health plans based on your geographical location that enable you to select the best plan to meet your family’s needs. Your premiums are deducted from your pay on a pre-tax basis.

:: Medical Benefits: Employees may choose to participate in a HMO or PPO option with Blue Cross Blue Shield.

:: Dental Benefit: Provides comprehensive dental coverage by Genworth Financial for a full range of preventive, restorative, and orthodontic dental services.

:: Vision Insurance: Employees may enroll in the VSP vision plan which provides coverage for eye exams, lenses and frames or contact lenses.

:: Behavioral Health Benefits: The Employee Assistance Program (EAP Advantage) is available to all employees. The coverage provides confidential consultation for a wide range of problems including mental health, marital and family issues, substance abuses issues, and financial and legal matters. Managed Mental Health/Substance Abuse benefits are available to all employee enrolled in a Click Tactics medical plan.

Pre-Tax Spending Accounts

::Healthcare Flexible Spending Account: This program lows employees to set aside up to $3,500 per Benefit Plan Year on a pre-tax basis, to pay for un-reimbursed health care (medical, dental, vision, etc.) expenses and lower taxable income.

:: Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account: Allows employees to defer up to $5,000 per Benefit Plan and Calendar Year on a pre-tax basis to pay for dependent care expenses for qualified dependents and lower taxable income.

Disability Plans

::Short-Term Disability (STD): Provides 67% of an employee's weekly base salary starting on the 8th day of a non-work related illnesses or injury for up to 13 weeks, up to a weekly maximum of $1,000. Long Term Disability (LTD): Provides 67% of an employee's monthly base salary beyond the STD coverage period up to a monthly maximum of $7,500.

Life Insurance

:: Basic Group Term Life: Available at two times an employee's annual base salary to a maximum of $300,000.

:: Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D): Under AD&D, an employee's beneficiary will receive an additional two times the annual base salary if death is due to an accident, up to a maximum of $300,000. This program provides the employee 100% of the AD&D benefit for loss of limb due to an accident.

:: Optional Life/AD&D CoverageCoverage's: Employees may elect Voluntary Term Life and AD&D of up to five times the annual base salary, not to exceed $300,000. Voluntary Dependent life insurance is available for dependents (spouse and/or children). The Voluntary Life benefits are portable, which provide the ability to continue coverage if employment ends.

401(k) Plan

Employees may contribute, on a pre-tax basis, 1% - 25% of their eligible compensation, up to the IRS annual dollar limited. In addition, eligible participants ages 50 and up are allowed to continue additional" Catch-Up" contributions. Eligibility begins after the employee completes 30 days of service and enrollment is the first of each month. Annually, the Company has the ability to offer a match to those employees who participate in the 401k plan. The target on the discretionary matching contribution is 25% of the first 6% of your salary that you contribute into the 401(k) plan.

Paid Time Off

Click Tactics offers a flexible employee time-off policy which includes Paid Time Off (PTO), holidays, and Floating Holidays. Employees accrue 15 PTO days over the calendar year that may be used for vacation, personal, or sick days. In addition to the 7 core company paid holidays, three floating holidays may be selected with management approval in advance.
