Wayne Townsend — Chief Executive Officer
With more than a dozen years in CRM, direct marketing and analytics, Wayne Townsend brings deep experience to his post as CEO of ClickSquared. Wayne joined ClickSquared from Elity Systems, where he served as president and chief executive officer of the event-triggered solutions provider through its acquisition by MarketSoft. Over the course of his career, he has helped transition startups like Xchange Applications, Inc., a Boston-based leader in analytic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, through rapid growth to successful IPO. Wayne has held a variety of executive roles in sales and service, product strategy, marketing, and product management. In addition to solutions integration experience with Epsilon, an American Express company, and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Wayne is a former United States Air Force Captain, who worked as manager of the F-15E Strike Eagle program. He is a graduate of MIT, with a B.S. in mechanical engineering, and the University of Dayton, with an MS in mechanical engineering.
Joyce Bell — Chief Financial Officer
Joyce Bell has more than 25 years of experience building successful businesses, from designing and scaling operations to financing growth initiatives. Her experience includes cash management, forecasting and strategic planning. In her role as CFO, she is focused on partnering with ClickSquared senior management to accelerate the organization’s growth and profitability. She also plays a role in operations, including pricing, contracts, procurement and work planning. Prior to joining the ClickSquared team, Bell was the chief financial officer for Compete, Inc., a venture–backed market research company. Before that, Bell was vice president of finance at Be Free, Inc., where she gained invaluable fundraising experience via venture capital financing, IPO and secondary offerings as well as merger and acquisition activity. Bell has also held positions at Cingular Wireless, Ernst & Young and Thomson Financial, where she built skills in development of financial infrastructure along with cash management, forecasting and strategic planning. Bell got both her bachelor of science and her master’s of business administration from Babson College, and is a board member of Finance Executives International (FEI).
Steve Morse — Executive Vice President, Client Services
With over 15 years of experience in direct and database marketing solutions, Steve leads the solution delivery and account servicing teams at ClickSquared. He has a proven track record of defining and deploying solutions to improve marketing results across several vertical industries including Travel & Entertainment, Cable & Telecommunications, Financial Services and Not-For-Profit. Prior to joining ClickSquared, Steve was the VP of Product Management at Marketsoft, and led Marketing at Elity Systems. Before that, he was head of Product Marketing at EasyAsk and led the definition and launch of the industry’s first synchronized search, navigation, merchandising, and analytics solution, which was deployed by companies such as Lands’ End, Ann Taylor, GAP, and Lillian Vernon. Prior to this, Morse was Engagement Director leading marketing database implementation efforts and campaign management deployments to Fortune 500 companies at Xchange, a pioneer in analytical marketing applications. Steve is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
Dan Smith — Senior Vice President, Marketing
Dan manages product and corporate marketing, defining, packaging and marketing interactive marketing solutions for ClickSquared’s clients and prospects. He has over twenty years experience in the enterprise software industry with domain expertise in direct and interactive marketing, behavior monitoring, enterprise application integration (EAI) and customer relationship management. Prior to joining ClickSquared, Dan was the VP of Channel Development at Unica where he managed Unica’s MSP and reseller partnerships throughout the Americas. Before its acquisition by Unica, Dan was the CMO at MarketSoft, where he managed product and corporate marketing, business development, demand generation and channel sales. Dan spent six years as vice president of worldwide product marketing for Pegasystems, Inc., a leading business process management (BPM) software vendor. He’s held senior positions at M&T Bank and Chemical Bank, and founded a microbrewery, the Queen City Beer Company. He has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University’s, and a MBA in Finance from New York University.
Robert King — General Manager, Travel & Hospitality
With more than 20 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, Robert King has held marketing, sales and senior management positions at a variety of organizations. Bob works with ClickSquared clients throughout North America, Asia and Europe to develop and implement highly targeted, timely, interactive customer relationship programs that result in increased ROI.
Prior to joining ClickSquared, King was senior vice president at Intrawest Corporation ULC in Vancouver, BC, where he led the corporate marketing services organization, including fully integrated CRM and Web Marketing that were the primary drivers of resort revenue.
Before Intrawest, Bob was senior vice president of Global Sales and Distribution for Alitalia Airlines in Rome, Italy, where he was responsible for Alitalia’s global sales organization, websites, call centers, city ticket offices and loyalty program. Prior to Alitalia, Bob was the CEO of Neat Group, Inc., a pioneer in online dynamic packaging for the travel and hospitality industry. Before the Neat Group, Bob was an officer at Continental Airlines, Inc. where he led its North American field sales organization, and earlier, was responsible for Continental’s global network of cooperative marketing alliances.
Bob has been a featured speaker at various industry tradeshows and has been quoted in several leading travel and hospitality industry publications.
Mark Mosholder — Senior Vice President, Operations
Mark Mosholder has been at ClickSquared for more than eight years. Currently, he is the Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of product development and service execution including client engineering, production support and network operations.
Mosholder has extensive experience in operations and product development. Prior to joining ClickSquared, he was the Product Manager at the Clarus Corporation. He was responsible for the development of several software product lines at the organization. Before that, he was the Director of Product Management at Tango Networks where he was responsible for developing product road maps. He also spearheaded development and definition of product features to keep Tango Networks competitive in the market place.
In addition, Mosholder’s experience includes 13 years at United Parcel Service (UPS), where he held a variety of different positions in corporate marketing, industrial engineering and operations. Mosholder has a BA in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Shorter College.
Andrew Campbell — Managing Director, Europe
Andrew Campbell has over 25 years of experience in leveraging technology to address marketing goals and maximize bottom line performance. He has worked both in senior client marketing and Supply-side planning and technology roles. Having delivered marketing programs and CRM solutions for major brands including Abbey, BUPA, BT Business, Best Western and Morgan Stanley & Dean Witter he has played a key role in all stages of the marketing cycle from strategic planning through delivery to measurement and evaluation. Previously the driving force behind UK-based Rocket Science, Andrew will continue as the Managing Director of ClickSquared, Europe continuing to leverage his vast experience in designing and delivering high performance marketing programs for international clients. He has a computing degree from Manchester University Institute of Science and Technology and an MBA from Sheffield Business School.
